• No Personal Data Collection: We do not ask for, collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) from children or any users of this app.
• No Behavioral Tracking: We do not use third-party behavioral tracking or advertising SDKs. We do use a strictly necessary third-party service (RevenueCat) solely to validate and manage in-app purchases. This service operates using anonymous identifiers and does not collect or track any personally identifiable information.
• No Location Data: We do not request or track precise or approximate location data.

2. In-App Purchases and the Paywall

While the app is designed for children, our premium features are placed behind a parental gate (paywall) intended solely for parents or guardians. All transactions, billing, and payment processing are handled entirely by the app storefront (e.g., Google Play Billing or Apple App Store). We use a third-party provider, RevenueCat, strictly to securely validate these receipts and unlock the premium features on your device. Clark Systems and RevenueCat do not intercept, process, or store your credit card or financial information.

3. Local Storage

Any settings, timer configurations, or app states are saved locally on the user's device to ensure the app functions properly. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
